- This bill would impose a penalty surcharge of up to 10 percent of sales on large food delivery platform operators that pass on unfair commission fees to micro and small business operators using their platforms.

- This bill would introduce a breach notification system, expand the scope of security incidents subject to notification, and provide for administrative surcharges in cases of repeated or serious personal information breaches.
Promulgated Bill: Korea Development Bank Act

- This bill raises the statutory capital limit of the Korea Development Bank to 45 trillion won ($31 billion) and establishes the High-Tech Strategic Industry Fund of 100 trillion won.
Administrative Announcement: Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry

- The draft amendment would extend the duration of business suspension for companies involved in illegal subcontracting from between six and eight months to between eight months and one year. It also increases penalty surcharges from 4 to 30 percent to 24 to 30 percent of the total subcontracting price.
